Paper Submission Format

1. The abstract has to be written in English, using Microsoft Word, A4 format.

2. Fonts and Typesetting:

(1) Font: Times New Roman

(2) Title: 16 points (bold), Author: 14 points, Text: 12 points, single space.

3. The author information should include the name, affiliation, address, telephone and email (author notification will be made via email).

4. Submitted papers must include:

● Research article

(1) Motivation, purpose or background of the Research

(2) Methodology

(3) Results

(4) Conclusion and Discussion

● Review article

(1) Subjects or Issues

(2) Related Description of the Subject

(3) Lessons learned

(4) Future Objectives and Prospects

5. Apart from the title of the abstract and author information, the abstract should consist of 300 to 500 words.

6. Insert parentheses after the title of the abstract to account for the topic of the submitted paper, for example:   An action plan report in Taiwan for the commutated injection drug users released in 2007 (Abstracts theme：IDUs and harm reduction).
